(2015 - present)
My work primarily focuses on engaging in user-testing, user-interviews, design workshops and sprints, designing user-flows and customer journey mapping. During my time at Netlife, I have also designed a course on Inclusive Design which focuses on helping organisations comprehend the relevance and importance of designing for inclusive and diverse user groups, by involving them as co-creators in the research process.
